ur plant has an installed capacity of 4500 MT per annum, and produces various grades of coconut-based activated carbon. Steam activation process employing rotary kiln is used to convert coconut shell charcoal into activated carbon. The kiln has a length of 60 ft and attains a temperature of 800 – 1100°C. Activated Carbon taken out of the Kiln is further processed for Destoning and Dedusting. Stoneless Activated Carbon is then passed through Gyro Screener for particle size separation. Separated particles are moved to packing center and are packed according to Customer Specifications.
ajah Activated Carbon is packed as per industry standards in sizes of 25 kg & 50 kg (HDPE/Paper bags) and 500/550 kg (HDPE jumbo Bags).25 kg bags: Palletized on wooden pallets (20 bags per pallet of total weight 500 kg) with shrink wrapping. Jumbo bags: Two bags fastened to a single pallet with four straps. Strong, fumigated 4-way double deck block pallets are used. Marking and labeling done as per customer requirements.
